The China National Development and Reform Commission held a “Digital Transformation Partners Action Launch” via cloud live stream on 13 May 2020, 3pm. At the launch, the President of China Electronics Technology Group, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and member of The Chinese Academy of Engineering, Mr Manqing Wu, announced three major action plans that will digitally transform and upgrade SMEs.
COLLABORATION IS KEY IN MAKING MULTI-FACETED DIGITAL SERVICE PLATFORM A REALITY
The China National Development and Reform Commission joined hands with various ministries, local government and the digital community to build a “Government-led multi-faceted digital service platform” to tide businesses through the impacts of COVID-19. This platform hosts a plethora of support measures aimed at fast forwarding digital transformation and innovation adoption in businesses.

A collective contribution made possible by 5 industry associations, 6 National Digital Economy Innovation Pilot Zones, 17 ministerial departments, 26 universities & research institutions, 29 financial institutions and 62 digital industry leaders, offered over 500 support measures at the launch.
